We are experts in planning and permitting urban redevelopment projects. This new multi-use building is a cornerstone in the downtown Attleboro revitalization project. Prior to our involvement, the property was blighted and underutilized. We provided conceptual schematics for the proposed development and conducted full civil engineering and permitting for this exciting project.

 

The vast success of this project has led to more opportunities for our client, and we are currently preparing design plans for the Renaissance Station South project.
