River Hawk Environmental is a full-service environmental assessment and civil engineering consulting firm based in Marshfield, Massachusetts. Our highly qualified and licensed team has a strong understanding of environmental and engineering principles, and intimate familiarity with regulatory requirements. We will serve you by helping you understand your responsibilities, and working with you to develop strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with property development, environmental contamination, and health and safety compliance. SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Bob Rego, PE, LSP
Manager/Senior Engineer
A co-founder of River Hawk Environmental, Bob Rego, P.E., LSP oversees day to day operations at the firm, and manages projects which require site design, strormwater analysis, water supply and sewerage design, wetlands replication, permitting, hazardous waste site assessment and cleanup, and construction oversight. Bob is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.), and Licensed Site Professional (LSP).
Bob has extensive experience in civil engineering and environmental assessment, and has served clients throughout the United States since 1992. He developed his knowledge in civil engineering and environmental assessment applications as an engineer at SAIC, Vertex Engineering Services, and Prime Engineering. He has directed numerous environmental projects involving solid waste and hazardous waste site cleanup.
Bob maintains direct project management responsibilities for civil/site design projects which include land survey field work, survey note reduction, percolation testing, lot layout and grading, drainage calculations, septic system design, excavation dewatering design and monitoring, and water supply and distribution design.

Bill Kenney, LSP
Manager/Senior Geologist
Bill is a co-founder and senior geologist of River Hawk Environmental, where he leverages his deep knowledge and experience to lead River Hawk’s environmental compliance and project management team.
Over the years, Bill has developed a reputation for working tirelessly to assist clients in the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors with project facilitation and project management for a variety of environmental projects. Bill helps property owners understand where their responsibilities lie amongst the network of State and Federal environmental regulations, and develops strategies to manage impacts associated hazardous waste sites of varying size and complexity. Bill is a registered Licensed Site Professional (LSP).
Prior to co-founding River Hawk Environmental, Bill worked as a geologist for Kleinfelder, where he developed field oversight and management skills. He then served as a project manager and geologist at Prime Engineering, where he directed a team of environmental engineers and account professionals who served some of the firm’s largest clients.
