We recently conducted the design and successful permitting of a 32-unit townhouse development at a property that had previously been denied due to abutter and town opposition. Our redesigned project included the use of Low-Impact Development (LID) and retained open space features that satisfied Town and neighbor concerns in a relatively short time.
