Part of the Downtown Revitalization Project in Framingham, River Hawk had the pleasure of being a part of this endeavor. The new, six-story building will boast 30,000 square feet of mixed-use development including almost 4,000 square feet of retail space, and 75 residential units. To meet the needs of the residents, the development will offer off-street parking, bicycle facilities, benches, and sidewalk improvements along Union Avenue.
