10 & 30 Reservoir Street

River Hawk Environmental conducted design & permitting of a commercial property at the intersection of two major highways in Mansfield, MA. The property was a former sports arena that had gone underutilized for several years, and poorly presented the town’s development potential. We worked closely with town officials, the MassDOT, and MassDEP to tastefully design a hotel and commercial plaza; while managing the traffic challenges of several nearby entertainment destinations. The result of our design was an overall reduction in environmental impact, and beatification of the area with thoughtful landscape elements.
